Hi, I'm Mrs. E.
4 decades of working with Title 1 students. How did I help them believe in themselves? In the hardest of classrooms, how do we make our students feel seen, valued, and that they matter? The simplest explanation is through KINDNESS. Intentional, Daily Kindness. My students taught me what they needed most... and soon learned it was what I needed, too. And before I go any further, let's not confuse simple with easy. Yes, the idea is simple. But are we doing it? Look around. Absolutely not!
Our students, our staff, our homes are starving for the one thing that changes everything.
The equation every classroom needs is this: Human+KIND=HumanKIND.
It is time to put the KIND back, intentionally, daily in humanKIND.
Culture shifts, connections strengthen, belonging builds when we get this equation right.
I'm the founder of Kindness Unites Us, the author of Mission Driven Teacher, and a teacher who believes kindness is not extra. It is essential.
Random acts inspire, Intentional Daily Kindness Transforms.
Now, more than ever, we need transformation.
